Hello! I’m Sinan Onder, the founder of Ondera.

My background is in business, sales, operations, and hands-on digital implementation. I started Ondera because I kept seeing small businesses run into the same problem: they needed better websites, smoother workflows, and more organized systems, but did not always have the time or necessary skills to create them.

Ondera was created to fill that gap.

I work with small businesses to build practical digital systems that support how they actually operate. That can include a cleaner website, better client intake, workflows, scheduling systems, automations, or tools that reduce manual work behind the scenes.

My goal is to make the process clear, organized, and useful. I focus on understanding the business first, then building solutions that are simple to manage, professional to present, and helpful long after the project is finished.
