Do I need to know exactly what I need before reaching out?
Not at all! Our discovery process will help facilitate in surfacing your specific vision for the project.

We work with businesses at various stages of the process. From idea phase to fully matured businesses with >$5M annual revenue and everything in between.
We specialize in working with both service and e-commerce businesses.
What happens after I submit the application form?
We will reach out to you to schedule a free consultation call to discuss your needs and see if there is a fit.
Billing
What does your billing process look like?
We use a project manager to track all individual tasks on a project and can send itemized bills recording time spent on each task. We are able to offer services through retainer and to accommodate budgets.
How much do you typically charge for services?
The price for our services vary from project to project. We make every effort to work with business owners around their budgets.
How do you accept payment for invoices?
We currently accept payment via Zelle.
Online payment and credit card payment methods coming soon!
Are software subscriptions included in the project cost?
Software subscriptions are not included in the base project cost and are billed separately.
Can I start with a smaller project before committing to a larger one?
Absolutely! In fact, this is something that we recommend to our clients. We aim to build a working relationship and understand our clients’ approach which is helpful when undertaking a larger project.
Is a deposit required to begin a project?
Typically, no. In some cases a deposit may be required, however, this applies to narrow scenarios only and the deposit requirement will be made clear prior to any engagement.
Do you offer fixed project pricing or hourly work?
We typically do hourly work. Please contact us for fixed pricing on your project.

Can you help if I already have a website?
Yes! We can redesign part, or all of your website.
What platforms do you work with?
We work with all of the platforms listed on our services page. However, we are can also work with other web platforms that are not listed. Please contact us for specific platform requests.
Automation
Can you connect the tools I already use?
Yes! We specialize in automating and connecting tools that a business is already using. We are able to set up advanced automations with your existing ecosystem.
